I'm Elina, a Dubai-based Citizenship by Investment consultant with experience in the industry since 2016.

I specialize in helping individuals and families explore second citizenship opportunities through established Citizenship by Investment programmes, including Dominica, Antigua & Barbuda, and São Tomé and Príncipe.

As a licensed Marketing Agent for the São Tomé and Príncipe Citizenship by Investment Programme, I also work with licensed partners for Caribbean citizenship programmes.

My approach is personal and straightforward. I provide clear guidance on programme options, eligibility, documentation, and the application process, with individual attention at every stage.
